- Q. Why should I hire a Wedding / Event Planner?
A. The Bride and Groom or Host should have one main thing on their minds, their role. They should not be wondering if the baker brought the right sweets; if the Dj arrived; if the hall is decorated to their specifications; if the flowers have been delivered; or anything along these lines. At the very least, a planner / coordinator will ensure these things and so much more are handled.
- Q. How much will a Wedding / Event Planner cost?
A. Each Wedding / Event Planner will charge differently in each market {city and state}. Some base their fee's on the number of guests attending and others will charge based on the total event budget. EWI charges based on a five point system {location, number of guests, number of bridal party members or honorees, service type and time frame of the event}. This way our fees are signature to your service request.
- Q. When should I start planning for my event?
A. Typically, wedding planning should begin 12-18 months in advance and special event planning should begin four-six months in advance. Family reunions and church anniversaries should also begin 12-18 months in advance. |
