  1. Q. Why should I hire a Wedding / Event Planner?

    • A. The Bride and Groom or Host should have one main thing on their minds, their role. They should not be wondering if the baker brought the right sweets; if the Dj arrived; if the hall is decorated to their specifications; if the flowers have been delivered; or anything along these lines. At the very least, a planner / coordinator will ensure these things and so much more are handled.


  2. Q. How much will a Wedding / Event Planner cost?

    • A. Each Wedding / Event Planner will charge differently in each market {city and state}. Some base their fee's on the number of guests attending and others will charge based on the total event budget. EWI charges based on a five point system {location, number of guests, number of bridal party members or honorees, service type and time frame of the event}. This way our fees are signature to your service request.


  3. Q. When should I start planning for my event?

    • A. Typically, wedding planning should begin 12-18 months in advance and special event planning should begin four-six months in advance. Family reunions and church anniversaries should also begin 12-18 months in advance.
